snippet: This GIS data layer contains the location of all full trash capture compliant devices (or systems) managed by or within a Permittee’s jurisdiction. This may include devices within a Permittee’s boundary that are not managed by the Permittee (i.e. private, county, state, and federal agencies). Types of devices may include public and private connector pipe screens (CPS), basket type devices, hydrodynamic separators (HDS or CDS), Gross Solid Removal Devices (GSRD), and Netting devices. These devices should have corresponding treatment areas in the Full Capture Polygon GIS data layer. Additional points in this GIS data layer may include partial capture devices, removed devices, planned devices, and non-functioning devices. Devices that are not installed or are not functioning properly should be noted as such.
